Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging

Sale items and final clearance items are non-refundable unless defective.


2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: info@noorsa.ca
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Exchanges

If you need a different size or item, we recommend:

  • Returning the original item
  • Placing a new order

This ensures faster processing.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
